After being together all of their lives, playing on the exact same teams, the Morris Twins will now be going their separate ways. The two forwards Markieff and Marcus were selected back to back in this years draft, Markieff going 13th overall to the Phoenix Suns and Marcus going 14th overall to the Houston Rockets. Coming out of University of Kansas, Markieff goes into the NBA averaging 13.6 ppg and 8.3 rpg, while Marcus goes into the NBA averaging 17.2 ppg and 7.6 rpg. Once again Markieff, being born first, came before his brother Marcus but the two will equally be a great contribution to each of their prospective teams as they now go their separate ways for the first time in 21 years.
