Shaq Retires

After being an influential force in the game of basketball, Shaquille "The Diesel" O'Neal retires after 19 years in the game.  After being plagued by injury throughout his final year in the league with the Boston Celtics, Shaq announced on twitter to all of his fans that he would be retiring from the game. Throughout is career Shaq has won 4 NBA championships, 3 with the LA Lakers and 1 with the Miami Heat.  Shaq has played beside the likes of Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Lebron James, Steve Nash, and Kevin Garnett to name a few.  Shaq entered the NBA in 1992 when he was drafted 1st overall to the Orlando Magic and throughout his career he has played for the Lakers, Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Boston Celtics.  Shaq has won many awards over his 19 years in the league including the league MVP in 2000.  Shaq will definitely go down in history as one of the greatest forces to play the game as well as his great personality off the court.
